Occupational Health and Safety - International Comparison
This is an important topic for trade unions. It is described here - although not in full detail - in order to futher promote the discussion at the European level. The question was how many persons had died in fatal accidents in agriculture. Where possible the text also explains to what group of persons the victims belonged.
The chart also shows how many persons had a serious accident at work that rendered them unfit for work (AU) for more than 3 days.
Another column tells in which countries trade union specialists for health and safety at work can influence prevention measures at the company level.
